As a reminder, on October 16, 2010, the Act of June 25 on Sport came into force (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 127 item 857), which introduces changes to the power to sail motor yachts - so-called. barges ... Does not require a qualifying document to practice water tourism on motor yachts with an engine power of up to 75 kW and a hull length up to 13 m. Their maximum speed is limited to 15km / h.

 

This change caused a sharp increase in interest in motor yachts (barges) from both individual customers and charter companies.
