Siemiany are located in one of the most interesting parts of Polish, in the picturesque center landscaped park on the shores of the lake Jeziorak near the Iława. Nearby are numerous nature reserves. One of them is Lake Clear, in which the clarity of water up to 15 meters. Walking through the surrounding woods you can see rare birds such as grouse and eagles.

Siemian history dates back to 1700 years when the first settlers arrived, in 1785 village had grown to 47 hause. Currently Siemiany is a typical tourist destination, most of its buildings are holiday homes, hotels, guesthouses, cottages and taverns. In the season is visited by thousands of tourists. Siemiany just after Iława are the main base for sailing on Jeziorak lake, there are numerous marinas and mooring platforms, in nearby taverns can purchase fried, fresh fish and other delicacies of local cuisine.
